Second Grade Conducts Materials Testing

   Getting ready for an engineering task in support of their NGSS Standards, second grade students conducted and "graphed" their results.

Kindergarten Kids Chemistry - Magic Purple Paper

As part of our Kids' Chemistry, students explored "magic purple paper" - using vinegar or baking soda and water to turn it different colors.

4th Grade Engineers Hurricane Resistant Houses (Mr. Mumford's class)

Each student team had the same materials - paper, straws, popsicle sticks, and 1 meter of tape to complete their house.

They also had the task of keeping their artwork dry from the "rain".
